Welcome to Reelitt. By accessing, installing, or using our mobile application or website, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

  • User must be 13+ years old.

  • By using the platform, you confirm that the information you provide is true and correct.

2. User Account

  • Users must create an account using valid details.

  • Reelitt may verify identity for awarding badges or rewards.

  • Reelitt reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violation.

3. Content Policy

  • Users can upload reels, posts, photos, and creative content.

  • User is fully responsible for the content they upload.

  • Content must not include:

    • Copyright violations

    • Hate speech or violence

    • Nudity/explicit content

    • Defamation or harassment

    • Spam or misleading information

  • Reelitt may remove or restrict any content violating community guidelines.

4. Rewards & Points System

  • Points are awarded based on your given criteria (registrations, views, likes, followers, contests, influencer levels, etc.).

  • Points hold no direct cash value unless company officially declares withdrawal options.

  • Company reserves the right to:

    • Modify point system

    • Change influencer benefits

    • Update eligibility

  • Fraud activities like fake views, bots, or fake referrals will lead to account termination.

5. Monetization Eligibility

  • Monetization depends on:

    • Followers threshold

    • Views threshold

    • Referral targets

    • Platform activity

  • Monetization approval is subject to company verification.

6. Verified Badge

  • Green Badge is a paid feature.

  • Badge once purchased is non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • Company may remove badge in case of policy violation.

7. Advertisements

  • Users/brands can purchase ad services.

  • All advertisement sales are non-refundable unless:

    • Payment failed

    • Wrong transaction

    • Amount deposited into wallet by mistake

8. Prohibited Activities

  • Fake accounts

  • Use of bots or scripts

  • Manipulating views or engagement

  • Misusing referral program

  • Harmful or illegal content

9. Suspension / Termination

Reelitt may suspend or terminate account without notice if:

  • Terms violated

  • Abuse or fraudulent activities detected

  • Illegal content uploaded

10. Limitation of Liability

Reelitt is not responsible for:

  • Loss of data

  • Account hacking due to user negligence

  • Third-party service outage

  • Reward system delays

11. Changes to Terms

The company may modify Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
